I just curious about this mail tracking #. 8826098923 by DHL. Is it mine or it belongs to somebody else??? How could I check?

2012-09-25 : AOS Fee Status Shows PAID / Return AOS packet by USPS

2012-09-28 : Receive IV Bill from e-mail / Pay IV Fee online

You can't check. It might be yours, but if some one else in Thailand has applied it could be theirs as well. The DHL tracking as used on VJ isn't able to tell you for sure. You would need your tracking number, and they don't give you one.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

I just realized and felt so sad that it was not mine for sure :crying: because my case was completed at NVC last week it can not skip to another step without NVC assign interview date before mail the case to the USEM.
