Hey,

On October 23rd, I got a letter from NVC stating that my case is complete. I think I'll get the appt letter on Tuesday or Wednesday coz all the correspondence I receive from them arrives on these two days. So, should I receive the appt letter on 7th or 14th November?

I'm so excited coz finally my case got closed there, it took 3 1/5 months so far. That's y I'd like to know when I should expect a letter from them ASAP. I cannot wait!

They sent me one of the email that they unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled. :crying:

So I just keep waiting and waiting and check DHL tracking lol

CR-1 Visa

2012-07-07 : Sent I-130 to Phoenix AZ Lockbox

2012-07-10 : NOA1 case transferred to USCIS California Service Center

2012-08-30 : NOA2 Approved in 51 days

National Visa Center

2012-09-11 : NVC Received

2012-09-20 : Vaccines Injection (1st Dose of Influvac, Tdap-IPV, MMR, Havrix) at Saovabha

2012-09-20 : Received and Replied DS-3032 via e-mail / Received and Pay I-864 Fee online

2012-09-21 : Applied For Police Clearance Certificate

2012-09-25 : AOS Fee Status Shows PAID / Return AOS packet by USPS

2012-09-28 : AOS packet delivered at NVC

2012-09-28 : Receive IV Bill from e-mail / Pay IV Fee online

2012-10-05 : IV Fee Status Shows PAID / Recieved PCC / Return IV packet by DHL(Thailand)

2012-10-22 : Case Completed at NVC in 41 days

2012-10-24 : Medical Exam and Vaccines Injection (2nd dose of Td and MMR) at Bumrungrad Int'l Hospital

2012-11-02 : Interview date assigned / received P4 via e-mail

2012-11-21 : Received P4 hard copy

U actually can't check the DHL until u get a interview date. I got my interview date same day ad complete letter. Every case is different. Hang tight it'll soon come

How can we track DHL when we receive the appt letter?

Did u get a interview date already? Or just the letter saying it's complete? If it says complete call NVC. To see if it's been sent or if they are still found interviews for that country.

I also got the NVC Case Complete email around OCtober 17th. I called NVC and said to check back on Nov. 17th, however I know I will keep calling them starting Nov. 1 !! They only issue interview dates first 2 weeks of each month. Hopefully we'll get our interview during December.

They issue dates all month they just tell u first 2 weeks just becuz. But they do it all month. U guys will soon get it. Hang in there.
