My GF's I129 PETITION denied

We just got status update that my GF's I129 PETITION was denied. What options do we have?

Can we get married and file for dependent visa now? If yes, does she have to leave USA.

Without knowing the reason for the denial we can really comment on what or of there is any recourse. Marrying will NOT solve the reason for the denial. You need to find the reason for the denial and fix it.

if she is here and u filed i-129f, then that's why she got denied.

She had H1B Visa from company A. She transferred to company B and company B applied for I129. Today we see that status has changed to Denied. We will be receiving reason for denial in few days.

When you see the denial you'll also probalby see that she has a certain amount of time to depart the US. If you wish to marry, marry now

If you are a US citizen, and you guys get married, she can stay if you file for adjustment of status.

If not, she'll need to leave. No dependent visa.

Guys, the OP is talking about a work petition, I-129. NOT I-129F for fiances (notice the F at the end).

He has not stated his status in the US. If he is here on a H1B himself, there is a dependent status on that visa for family. I think that is what he is asking about.
