recetved bad news, the SRMT from the USCIS was exactly same response from our congressional inquiry.. damn it! they are just playin around

I know how you feel :( ..Hang on there since it's just marked 7th month..Tell your husband for another inquiry maybe senator's office..

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

Interview -------- 09/09/2013

Visa Arrived ---------- 10/17/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!

Filed: Timeline

Issuance of visa depends whether you're citizen or greencard holder. Petition must be approved from USCIS before your case goes to National Visa Center and US Embassy. I'm not quite sure abou pioity dates though. That's what I was being told when my hubby's case was in USCIS. Good luck

I know right?...We are talking about our pending I-130 in the USCIS. And we won't be complaining why it's taking so long if our husbands are greencard holders because it's totally different.
