Quick question about getting my fiance to sign forms for I 129F!

Hey everyone! First post! And Im sure there will be more! Just wanted to say how thankful I am for all of you people who spend their time helping other even when ur busy with your processes and maybe even completely finish! Your all amazing!

My question is just that Im going to send my I 129 off soon..My fiance is in turkey and it says that I need to have the real signatures on all the forms he needs to sign. Does that mean he has to fill it out and sign it then send it to me by mail? Because if he emailed and I printed or something then it wouldnt be original signature..

December 18th 2012: I-129f received at dallas po box
DECEMBER 20th: NOA1 (only found out once hardcopy came in the mail)
December 21st, 2012: Check cashed
Dec 27, 2012: Fiances alien registration number was changed. Proven.
December 29th 2012: Received Noa1 Hard-copy(no txt or email was sent)
Jan. 10th 2013: Happy birthday to my Sweety, first birthday apart in years!
January 15 2013: "mailing adress was changed" (touched?)
May-20-2013 NOA2!!! Exactly 5 months!
May-23-2013 Noa2 hard copy recieved!
June-05-2013 Called NVC, casre recieved, forwared to Ankara

June-10-2013-Ankara revieved packet! *signed by MEHMET* THANKS MEHMET!

June-10-2013-Recieve NVC letter
June-13-2013 Email(Packet) recieved from embassy!!
00-00-2013 Sent packet back to embassy
00-00-13 Interview date set (00-00-13 INTERVIEW,)
00-00-2013 Medical
00-00-2013 Interview(...........!)
00-00-2013 Visa Approved
00-00-2013 US Entry

You can print out the information on the Forms: but, yes, Original Ink Signature Only.. Do the 325 at the same time also. in Ink and Original Signature.

Yes, the signature needs to be in ink, not scanned. After signing, he will have to mail the forms back to you.

Yes exactly, you need their original signatures....on the 129f form, the G235A form and their Letter of Intent.

Use FedEx, it's faster than the mail.

If the cost of that is prohibitive....then maybe you should totally reconsider everything because that expense is a drop in the bucket compared to other future expenses of bringing them here and getting them assimilated into our culture and life.

USCIS will only accept original signatures. make sure you have everything so you dont miss out on anything that need a signature

Hi! Don't forget the Intent to Marry letter and have it signed with your fiance. And the G-325A form. All must have original signatures.
