I know these are the forms for Marriage Green Card application. I want to be sure which form need to fill up by US citizen and which are International Citizen.

I-130: Petition for Alien Relative

G-325A: Biographic Information

I-485: Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

I-765: Application for Employment Authorization

I-864: Affidavit of Support

G-325A: Biographic Information TWO OF THEM. ONE FOR U.S. CITIZEN AND ONE FOR BENEFICIARY

I-485: Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status BENEFICIARY FILLS THIS

I-765: Application for Employment Authorization BENEFICIARY FILLS THIS

I-864: Affidavit of Support U.S. CITIZEN FILLS THIS

By BENEFICIARY, I am referring to what you called 'International Citizen'

Hope that helps you out. Do not leave out your Medical.

I-693: Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record BENEFICIARY FILLS THIS - Instructions available where you get it.

[01/10, 2018]  - DAY 001  (day 2149) (US Passport) Applied for US Passport, regular processing

01/25, 2018]  - DAY 015  (day 2164) (US Passport) Passport in hand (5 years, 11 months, 3 days from start of Journey.)

 

AOS, N-400, & PASSPORT FOR DAUGHTER [OF HUSBAND TO USC]

[06/14, 2013] - DAY 001 Mailed package to Chicago Lockbox via USPS overnight
[11/21, 2013] - Day 153 SSN and 10-year GC in hand

09/01, 2021]  - (day 3001) (US Passport) Passport in hand (8 years, 2 months, 18 days from start of Journey.)

Oh you want to be sure you're filing out only forms you need as well. The adjust status and employment auth, are only if the beneficiary (international spouse) is living in the USA. You don't need them otherwise.

Oh you want to be sure you're filing out only forms you need as well. The adjust status and employment auth, are only if the beneficiary (international spouse) is living in the USA. You don't need them otherwise.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
