hi guys

just curious... did any csc transferees send in the vaccination sheet from abroad (or the DS 3025) rather than the I693A? my husband did and i haven't received an RFE, but i am extremely paranoid...

just wondering so i'll be prepared if we do get one...

Hi,

I sent in the worksheet I got from the UK. I read that some people get RFEs for the correct form and some manage to get by with just this. I have my fingers crossed!

I just sent in the worksheet. Since my vaccinations were complete as indicated on the worksheet, I decided to just bring in the vaccination supplement to the interview - then I was transferred to California and approved without an interview.

Same here, no rfe as yet, but also no action since the 9th September either...

Waiting for CSC to start using my case file as an ashtray instead of a coffee cup coaster, I seem to have more luck with the smokers. (inside joke) hehehe
