After receiving Packet 3 by email, the Consulate asked only to return the DS-230, then send DS-2001 when we have our documents ready for interview. When do I send DS-156, 156K, 157, police clearance and I-134? Also, does police clearance need to be notarized?? Please help!

10 SEP 2012: NOA-2 received
17 SEP 2012: NVC received
12 OCT 2012: Received by US Consulate in Johannesburg
21 JAN 2013: Medical & Vaccinations
31 JAN 2013: Interview & Approval
01 FEB 2013: K-1 issued
06 FEB 2013: Arrival at JFK, NYC
27 FEB 2013: Married!

07 MAR 2013: AOS & EAD submitted (485, 765, 864)
04 MAY 2013: EAD Card production ordered

29 AUG 2013: Notice of potential I-485 interview waiver

03 SEP 2013: Emergency AP filed and received at Philadelphia Field Office

25 SEP 2013: AOS RFE - missing I-693 Vaccination & Medical document

29 OCT 2013: AOS Approval!

07 Nov 2013: GC received

14 AUG 2015: I-751 sent (VSC)

18 AUG 2015: I-751 received

22 AUG 2015: NOA received

07 JUN 2016: I-751 Approval NOA received!

18 JUN 2016: GC received

You can mail all the DS forms together or take them with you to the interview along with your police clearance and I-134. You don't need to mail the latter two, just bring them with you to the interview.
