How did you guys ship your k-1 package?

your holes on top are the wrong width, they may reject it because they like to punch there own holes on top to there standard.

the tabs are very good though.

Looks good to me. Those are standard Acco fasteners. Will not be rejected. That's how I sent ours in and that's what USCIS used when they placed it in their folder.

When we shipped the k1 package (long time ago), we put the documents inside sheet protectors and these ones inside a binder. We tried to keep the documents organized and divided by theme. (for example: passport copies in 1 sheet protector, etc) with a label that informed what documents will be in each sheet protector.

Your case is not gonna be denied or approved just because you used or didnt a binder. They will see if you sent all the documents required.

My advice: Send everything organized. Not everything mixed.

yeah, the photo was from our k-1 filing three years ago and it was accepted just fine. In the end just keep it organized, clear and easy to follow.
