Wear sweatpants and Uggs, eat Hostess Fruit Pies.

What's an "Uggs" ?

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

The are like little boots that would cost about 30 bucks at Khol's but the Mall stores are getting over 200 bucks a pop. Women buying them left and right. Totally crazy

It's CABA girl standard issue uniform. Much-discussed on VJ.

Ok so these are Uggs (I just googled them) and they are standard CABA issue so to say.

And then you have your RUB standard issue boots.

Actually, I'd wear neither. I have very sensitive ankles and can't bear even wearing socks, let alone have them be encased in a boot. :dead:

I like those RUB boots muchly, but I couldn't wear them or I'd feel unwell.sad.gif

They are actually making (finally) hot looking winter boots for women. Columbia, Sorrel, and a few other name brands finally got into that game a few years back. We have lots of sucky cold weather up here but it's nice to see some of the gals around here wearing those knee high boots that have some style to them.

Alla has three pair of the RUB boots. Now I know why she doesn't have Uggs. You should see her dance in those boots!

I'm throwing a kegger at my warehouse workshop that night, clothing optional.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
