For documents, it take only about 7 to 10 business days,...

I often use UPS or FedEx, they're the only reliable courier wherein they would require the signature of the receiver,...

You can also use LBC, if its available in your area,...

Something this important I suggest Fedex and used them myself.I just sent the documents for my fiances interview. I used Fedex and sent them Friday morning from Vacaville California. The package arrived in Quezon City Monday before noon. It was very fast and relaible. I used the small rectangle box and it weighed 4 lbs. It cost $163.56. Expensive but it was worth it to me . Make sure to mark it as documents to avoid problems in customs.I sent it fedex express priority. It could have been cheaper but I sent it in a File Holder with poly folders so the package was heavy. Imo do not use USPS its not worth the risk.

Mayby I could shed some light. I had to send documents to my fiance at the time (now my wife btw) that included our final papers for her embassy interview. This package had esentially "ME" in it. Copies of birth certificates, copies of passports, bank documents, etc. Everything she needed for her interview. You can emagine if it fell into the wrong hands.

Due to unforseen circumstances, my wife had to relocate to a different province and move in with her mom. This happened while the package was "out for delivery". So, I was like, "HOLY COW" my whole identity is floating around somewhere in the Philippines.

Fedex managed to re-route my package from Northern Luzon to Manila, two diffenent times to get it to the correct person. In the end, they called her and they met and she signed for the package. Fedex was incredible in handling the situation and my papers got to my wife safely. And...the reroutes were at no charge.

Yes, Fedex is a bit expensive, but they earned my business. You can rely on them. I think it is actually Air 21 who handles Fedex packages on the Philippines end.

Several weeks. Fedex normally took about 2-3 days. Especially with her in Quezon city. Fedex would be my first choice, DHL second

I did Fedex and my fiancee received the package in 2-3 business days. It is expensive, but not having to think about whether the mail will ever reach the intended recipient is worth it.

1/18/2013 - Married

3/5/2013 - Filed AOS, EAD & AP

3/7/2013 - USCIS Chicago rec'd applications

3/12/2013 - USCIS sends NOA1 email

I used USPS; around $30 from Hawaii to Zambales, and it took 5-6 days to send a packet of about 15 papers and mixed cards and pics. I labeled it as documents and valued at $30. Even included 1000 +pesos in it, for the passport pics, and my fiance received every peso. Not a problem.

Sounds like FedEx is even faster though!
