but, i do have a question. are you 'hypocritical' towards your children about drinking alcohol or however you 'unwind'? or is that not the same?

it isn't the same. as far as i know there are no physical ramifications on my son's body by uttering curse words to himself when he's angry.

It's not so much that it hurts but obviously it doesn't help you win the election. Mitt has dicovered that. He's doing much better in the polls since he ditched any last bit of truth that may ever have come from one of his many mouths.

Trouble is, The President has been about as truthful through the campaign as Ol' Mitt. So, come November 7th, the American electorate is just as screwed whoever wins

i was only being descriptive. i do not randomly curse in conversation with others, unless i know they don't care. i expect the same from my son. what is hypocritical in that?

also, as far as 'how i unwind' in the evenings, when my son knows how to drink responsibly - he'll be able to do the same by me -not like i could stop him. i started drinking maddog with friends after school when i was fourteen. it took me a good fifteen years to learn how to drink without overdoing it or use substances as a crutch. and that was with strict no drinking, recovering alcoholic parents.
