you cannot go to the medical or the interview

Where did you get this information? USCs attend the K-1 interview in the Philippines quite a bit according to the experiences here.

With regard to St. Luke's, it is highly doubtful being able accompany anyone unless they are a minor. According to what others have posted in the past, one of the more apparent reasons seems to be space limitations within the clinic. Wish they posted something definitive on their website. You could always email them with the inquiry. They were quick to respond when I sent them an email.

Yes you can accompany your fiancee during medical :bonk: and as well as interview. Just keep in mind no sexual contact pls. or her medical process will be delayed. Btw i saw a couple who accompany her fiancee inside St.Lukes premises. Hope that helps :)

If you saw a couple enter SLEC together, it was the exception not the rule. SLEC will not allow the USC to accompany except for very special reasons. Where is Darren when ya want a good story about NOT beling allowed in SLEC.

St. Lukes and sex:

If you and your sweetheart had sexual intercourse during the time period between her last period and the medical exam, St. Lukes will not allow her to be vaccinated. The reason for this is because there's at least one vaccination which is contraindicated for pregnancy. That means that she will not be allowed to have the vaccination because she might be pregnant, and the vaccine is not safe to give to someone who is pregnant. In that case, St. Lukes will ask her to return after her next period for her vaccinations. The medical will not be completed until she has completed the vaccinations. This usually delays the Embassy interview.

If you have had sexual intercourse before the medical and you don't want to delay your Embassy interview, St. Lukes will allow you to waive the vaccinations. If you waive the vaccinations, your medical is complete and you can proceed with your Embassy interview. However, you will need to complete the vaccinations in the U.S. before you file to adjust your status. Completing the vaccinations in the U.S. can be costly.

Definitely, we cannot accompany her to St. Luke's. However, if we can find a hotel nearby, that would be a good idea. While she is there doing the medical, I can be at the hotel until she text that she is finished. Also, SLEC is close by to the embassy where she will be doing her interview.

Certainly! And there are hotels squeezed into the blocks between the embassy and the clinic. We are very much in the middle with the distance between the hotel and clinic being the same distance between hotel and embassy, about .5km/.3mi. An easy walk if needed.
