We enjoyed chatting with the Filipino inteviewer, he was quite easy to talk with as was CO.

Yup, apparently it depends on the interviewer. My fiancee said that she can hear the other Filipino interviewer and that interviewer was very nice. Thank you Hank for your after-NOA2 post. We would be lost without it. :star:
