One more year to go for Naturalization!!!! Best wishes.

Well, In May 2004 I applied the first time and I applied for the Work Permit and everything I remember but for my surprise on June 2004 intead of receiving my Work Permit I received the Interview Appointment for July 2004, yes it was super fast. Then we got approved, we brought all the documentation and he just asked us two questions "have you ever been arrested?" "Where does she go to School" and then i was approved. On around August 2004 I received my Conditional Card. Then i waited until May 2006 to apply to remove conditions. I received my NOA the next two following weeks in around May 25th 2006. Then I waited until now where i received a letter from Vermont stating I was approved and that I will receive another letter from one of the local offices for the photograph and other information for them to process my I-551 card. They ask me to bring my passport, the card, this letter and the one I will receive from the local office. The date for the approval is October 10th.

PS: I went to Federal Plaza NY for interview for the Conditional Residence

Thanks Aquarian and ray :)

Congrats on the approval :)

No, no children until we both finish school and yes we provided a lot of evidence the first time and some for the i-751. All basic Such as:

Bank Statements

Affidavits from Friends

Joint Taxes

Pictures

Letters from my jobs stating my emergency contact was my wife

Bills

Life Insurance

Pay Stubs with the marriage status

Marriage Certificate

Lease

This is what I remember and for the i-751 the same exept for life insurance since it was already there. We are really happy :)

Thanks all

Regards
