It's not impossible, but unlikely your fiance will be with you by March 24th.

Expedite is only for extreme circumstances, such as active duty military about to be deployed, or life threatening illness.

what is next? Where can I go to find what the other documents are that I should be gathering so there are no delays?

Check out the section Packet 3. http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Haiti&cty=Port-au-Prince

Start searching for Haiti over here in visajourney. Some documents are country-specific.

Thanks for pointing that out. I've read last month from another post that it is. Two to three months for a regular Haiti expedite. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/386846-70-page-application/page__st__30 Check out post #31

It doesn't seem on anymore: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/345142-haiti-expediting/page__view__findpost__p__5082284 but I'm still looking for better sources. Some Haitian VJ members would be able to put some light on it.

The link you provided is from someone who requested an expedite based on financial loss, and her "2-3 months" statement doesn't seem to be something sourced either.

My sister filed for her fiance this past March and he arrived in the US in July. Haiti cases are expedited automatically.

That's good to know! From what I read about Haiti in the current news, I am so glad that they're being expedited still. :)

Perhaps not automatically because some USCIS workers don't realize the notice is still up, but Haiti petitions are being expedited. My case was expedited based on the notice referenced above posted on USCIS's website. You have to call, sometimes multiple times, to remind them the notice is still posted, and therefore still valid. I filed at the end of June, was approved mid July (after calling a couple times), and had packet 3 in mid August. We were approved last Monday. (I believe our interview was scheduled several weeks out to give us time to get a co-sponsor. If we didn't need one, then we probably would have had an interview sooner.)

Just call and see what happens.
