Another ? In 2008 I successfully got a fiancee visa for my Thai wife, she came to USA and we got happily married in June 2008. 2 years later she found younger, richer man. We got divorce and it was final and legal in June 2011.

Now I have found another Thai woman and we are getting married. After trip in 3 months to Thai, we will apply for Fiancee visa with USA immigration.

My ? Will I be able to get second fiancee visa because of above circumstances?

Anyone experience or know of someone with similar circumstances?

better luck this time. right? Thank you, Mike

Shouldn't be a problem but, it will definitely come up in her interview. I assume since your ex was here 2 years she got her green card. A potential problem could arise regarding the status of your I-864 as to your ex because it survives divorce.

as I understand VAWA, it's two K-1 visas within 2 years. Yer way past the 2 year mark.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
