guess another oversite of lawyer about photo copys but the only thing they ask for was her birth record and sveta told me she mailed it today and was told within week the deleiver service should call for her to come pickup her docs and passport with visa

Well, that's a plus.

So at some point, she can get a visa secured inside of her passport.

Yay!

@ Aem915 ,your husband is a Nigerian and he got his visa in ukraine where he lives? please my question is, can a beneficial get interview in a third country even if he is not a citizen of the country but he is legal in that country ? my husband is also a Nigerian but he is legal and live in Russia,I contacted Russian embassy and they said yes he can have the interview at the Moscow Embassy, I just want to be all sure. sorry to disturb you Aem
