I have been reading a lot on this website regarding the picture evidence that date must be on it, and people who failed to do this receive RFE for the K1 petition, but my question goes thus, does it mean that pictures without date for the CR-1 Petition means automatic RFE also ?

All pictures you submit should state the date, location, who is in the pictures. Good luck

Our pictures only show the date that is all. I just hope and am praying that we won't get RFE

Just you need bringing it at time of interview, you can organize by caught or travel date,or just keep on mind.

All this was in my case.

So we need it at the interview stage? thank you so much, the picture we sent with our petition has only date but when its the turn for the interview, i will make sure i write the names of the people and location and date with pen at the back. thank you so much

I sent pictures with my I130 and I put who was in the picture but I did not have any dates on the pictures. We are at NVC now and no RFE you will be fine... welcome to the journey.

Ours didn't have dates on it as well and we were good
