For all of you guys who were transferred I hope you guys get the NOA2 soon in this week or first week of now!! :) I always knew being transferred would be good :) :)

2012-09-20 : Vaccines Injection (1st Dose of Influvac, Tdap-IPV, MMR, Havrix) at Saovabha

2012-09-20 : Received and Replied DS-3032 via e-mail / Received and Pay I-864 Fee online

2012-09-21 : Applied For Police Clearance Certificate

2012-09-25 : AOS Fee Status Shows PAID / Return AOS packet by USPS

2012-09-28 : AOS packet delivered at NVC

2012-09-28 : Receive IV Bill from e-mail / Pay IV Fee online

Congratulations!!! That's so exciting! Now on to NVC :) :) :)

USCIS I-130 Petition for Spouse

September 2012: Filed from abroad to Chicago Lockbox

4 days later: NOA1, Routed to California Service Center

7 days later: Transferred because of new jurisdiction

5 days later: Case Status changed to: Under processing at USCIS office

NOA2 arrived 78 days after NOA1 :)

*I-130 Approval Notice hardcopy finally received in Pakistan, the only notice that arrived.

I got my NOA2 on 10/9/2012...just 34 days after everything and my field office is in Atlanta also

Atlanta LOCAL USCIS OFFICE Service AreaThis office serves the states of Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
