Its actually the senators assistant who is in charge of immigration issues. I got her involved to help with finding out about our k-1 denial. This time she will follow it through until the end with the I-130. If we get another denial , I will have support to know what to do immediately. Last time I couldn't get through on the phone or email until it was too late and it was returned. Just know that they can't change or affect the consular's decision. It's just good for the consular to know the senators office has an interest in our case.

Thank you for the reply! We have the congressman's assistant, i get the feeling that she could do more than what she's doing right now, our lawyer is the same, we get no tips or guidance of the Do's & Don'ts, except what i get from VJ, it's a God's send.
