As I have said all along it's a close race and Romney does not have it sealed. I did not jump on the Gallup band wagon, because they have not been real reliable in past elections.

However today the most reliable poll in the nation, Rasmussen which has been the most accurate by a long shot in the past two elections opened the race to 50% for Romney 46% for Obama. 4 point lead and the widest any candidate has lead in months.

Ohio has also moved to a dead tie.

Sorry Obama fans. I am calling it. Too many polls all trending in the wrong direction for you.

I guess the "moped the floor with Romney" performance did not help. The Lady is warming up.. Sorry guys it's been fun and I am not poking fun. This is like football and I know no one likes to lose, but it ain't looking good for your guy.

If you read the Rasmussen website, you'd see that these people were polled before the debate. So the result (whatever you believe it to be) is not reflected here.

"These updates are based upon nightly telephone interviews and reported on a three-day rolling average basis. As a result, virtually all of the interviews for today’s update were completed before the end of last night’s final presidential debate. It will take a few days to see if the debate had a significant impact on the race."

Image shows up just fine for me.

Next time, read the website you're quoting so that you don't look silly when saying a debate that happened less than 24 hours ago is reflected somehow in these polls from LAST NIGHT.

Not that I expect the debate to have any major impact, but at least know when these people were polled before you comment. :)

Regardless most of the major polls have Obama dropping like a rock and Rasmussen is always dead on the mark. Unless Romney gets caught doing something mighty dumb it's looking might bad for Obama right now.

So basically, you were wrong and didn't read what you were posting. Got it. :)

I, personally, don't care if nationally, Romney is more popular. He can win the popular vote.

He should. And Obama wins the EC. It'd be so much fun to watch the RWNs explode.

You don't have to believe that source (it's the only good one I can find with a map)

Rasmussen has Obama ahead in Ohio, Wisconsin and a couple others.

I personally believe if Obama keeps his lead in Ohio, he wins.

This is a pretty good breakdown, it seems.
