We were approved today. 286 Days after filing and one RFE for a lost medical. Thanks to the knowledge and support of Visa Journey Members we took the advice on the lost medical and contacted our Senator's office who tracked it down and had an electronic copy put in the file at CSC. Senator Toomey's staff were great. They got our file pulled and worked prior to the RFE and then found the lost medical which saved us time and money and followed up throughout the process.
