I received the NOA for I130, I485, I 765, and my biometrics appointment all with different versions of my name.

For Example: my full name is Mary de Consuelo Serra Lopez (not my name)

my biometrics appointments says: Mary de Consuelo Serra Lopez

the I130 Notice of Action says: Mary Serra Lopez

the I485 Notice of Action says: Mary D. Serra Lopez

the I765 Notice of Action says Mary D. Serra

Should I be concerned? When I applied, I filled all the applications with my full name because that's how it appeared in my passport, but I'm registered in school just as Mary Serra, just is how I'd like to be known.

I want my Employment Authorization, SSN, and drivers license to have the name Mary D Serra. What should I do?

I'm concerned that all those will come out with different versions of my name and then I'll have ID problems trying to proof I'm all those.

From the full name; what is your first, middle & last name?

This can be a serious issues if you don't get it straight now... I know someone who became US citizen recently and still battling issues with names being different with government agencies; SSN/State DL etc
