For reference, I, the prospective USC petitioner, have not yet filed the I-129F so there is no timeline as of yet.

I am trying to prepare in advance all of the documents that are usually requested for the K-1 Visa Interview at the United States Embassy, Singapore. However, I do not see on the Embassy's website or on the Department of State's website any limitations on how old or how young certain documents must or can be. For example:

SG CoC [Certificate of Clearance]: Does the embassy want one dated within 30 [60, 90, 120, etc] days of the interview date?

Republic of the Philippines NBI Clearance: Does the embassy want one dated within 30 [60, 90, 120, etc] days of the interview date?

I-134, Affidavit of Support: Letter from Employer: Does the embassy want one dated within 30 [60, 90, 120, etc] days of the interview date?

This question has always been talked about and answers vary. In my case, to be safe I will secure the most recent date say 2 or 3 weeks before the interview. For the affidavit of support and other supporting documents that should be sent to the fiancee, I would say after the hard copy of NOA2 will be received then I will give my fiance at least 2 weeks to prepare all the documents that I need from him and sent them to me for my interview at the embassy. For my cenomar, birth certificate and NBI, I will get them like 2-3 weeks before my interview. We are still waiting for our NOA2 to arrive hopefully by November. I hope my insights will help you. Good luck on your journey.

Thank you for taking the effort to reply. It appears from my reading/research that there are no specific rules and/or official guidelines on the age of the required documents. If there are could someone advise me of where on can find such information.

I think your best bet would be to make them as recent as possible. preferably within 60 days.

Adjustment of Status from H-1B, Family-Based
07/26/2012 - 10/18/2012: 85 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.

I am a United States citizen!

Don't rush on the COC coz they only clear you from the date you came to SG until the time you applied for the COC. So let's say you applied last June 2012, it would appear that you have no criminal record until June 2012 only. Would be better if it is dated close to the packet 3 receipt.
