My US husband citizen is the petitioner i’m his relative Moroccan citizen wife (still living in my country)

we have some questions about form i-130 before send it to lockbox

who we may ask for more informations ? i contacted the nearest us consulat in my country but thz said contact USCIS is there any direct email to contact Uscis ,,?

What do you want to know about I-130 I think it should be simple question that VJ people could help you out??

no problm , i just need help ,

1. Should we send to USCIS the first required document to apply for CR1 visa(petition for alien relative: form I-130) include copy of our Marriage Certificate? Or it’s not required to send our marriage certificate with the completed form?

If yes: the marriage certificate must be translated in English or must be Arab certified copy?

What can we send also when the I-130 is submitted? Apart G-1145(E-notification of application /petition acceptance

2. We have not understood well this question:

22/ IF YOUR RELATIVES NATIVE ALPHABET IS OTHER THAN ROMAN LETTERS WRITE HIS OR HER NAME AND FOREIGN ADRESS IN THE NATIVE ALPHABET

Should we answer this question in Arabic letters?

Yes you have to sent I-130 to the USCIS

- photo copy of marriage certificate and translates in English with your signature if you translate by yourself.

- you can send them by USPS or DHL

- you will get NOA1 in 5 days

- have to send G1145 also

Yes fill it in Arabic just for this question.

I might not have understood your inquiry well but that line is telling you to answer the question (20), on that line in the native langauge (Arabic). Keep in mind that in Section C, you have already added this information but in English (Roman letters)). Am sure it is being to check background...
