I just checked my timeline, and the predicted date that shows when I should hear something regarding the NOA2 has changed. Before it said Jan 21st 2013 -Jan 29th 2013, but now it says the 19th Jan 2013-Jan 24th 2013, so it has got closer.

It would be amazing if this is true. Does anybody know if this is accurate? Could this mean Vermont is finally picking up the pace.

Any insight would be great.

Thanks. :)

Its not very accurate since its based on a very very small amount of the petition. But it gives a general trend of the service center.

Hi there, yeah you are right. I'm checking it now too and it has come closer. Im hoping VSC is processing faster this time. Good luck to all the VSC filers.

Consider that Vermont was only hitting 2-4 petitions a day throughout the summer for VJ folks and now like 8-10. Also playing with the web site you can see that they are picking it up, the numbers should bear this out as they update the totals in the next quarter. Fortunately for CSC petitioners they are always faster on average so while California does fall behind it isn't as bad as when Vermont does.

The trend was quite the opposite from last year. Believe me, I know, I was then one of the (unfortunate) ones to have their petition sent to the CSC. It all works out in the wash. Hopefully, a year from now you can look back and remember those long wait times between NOA1 and NOA2, and just sigh with relief that it is past.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Mine has moved up, too! I looked at the trends yesterday and again today. CSC time has increased by a couple of days and VSC has decreased by a few days (on both 1-129F and I-130). Maybe that is good news for all of us at VSC!!

Good luck!

VSC has picked up the pace, for sure!!! Igors list reflects on average of 8 to 10 VJ approvals daily. Good luck to all of us waiting in the que :) :)
