Ok, just to check I have everything I need for my interview on Wednesday:

I-864 along with

- tax return transcript for 2005 + w2

- a letter written and signed by him explaining why his tax return for 2005 was low (he worked in Germany most of the year)

- employer's letter on letterhead saying since when he's worked for the company, that he's in good standing and his income

- paystubs of the last 6 months from Germany only though cause he'll start his job in the US on Nov. 1st (stayed within one company though)

DS- 230 part 2 (not signed)

proof:

- confirmation about a joined bank account from 2003-2005 in the US, same for Germany

- confirmation about me being his primary beneficiary from work

- proof of having lived in the same place in Germany

- wedding album (is that too much?)

- lots of pictures showing me with his family, him with my family, our mothers together in one picture, us with friends, us in places (chicago, prag, madrid, amsterdam, san fransisco, seattle, ...) not too many of each, but maybe 5-7 for each "category"

- postcards/letters from my family addressed to both of us, letters to him mentioning me etc

- letters he wrote to me in 2003

- my miles and more account showing a number of flights to Seattle/Vancouver

and all the other stuff required (bith certificate, medical, marriage certificate, police certificate etc...)

Now what do you think? Does that sound about right? I'm not planning on including things like emails or chatlogs or phonebills, we've lived with one another since 2004. I have millions of emails and thought maybe a screenshot of one of my email inboxes would do?

Also, no phone bills because we mostly text message (also due to living together) and they don't show the numbers.

Also, one last question: when submitting the I864, I don't have to enclose the instructions of how to fill it out, right?

Thanks, everyone!
