Hello my vj friends I am finally able to send out my petition for my fiancee the k-1 visa. Ok so my question is he already signed all the papers he needed to sign when I went in April it is now oct I wont be actually mailing it out till nov 16. Do they need to be signed again with a more resent date? I know it has to be an original signature and I wont be going to see him till January. Are they fine the way they are with an April signature? Thanks in advance :)

I will advise you to get the form again and scan it to him, then he will print it and fill the form and sign it with recent date then he can send it through express courier(dhl , fedex or ups) and then you receive it and continue with the process

I don't know how reliable and secure is the postal system in DC when you mail out something but you still have time it even if you'll use the snail mail. If you're in doubt, go for DHL, FedEx and UPS. You'll just have to spend few extra bucks.

You want to be as close as the date you'll actually submit I-129F application.
