Yes, I'm aware that there are direct flights from the US to the UK, it was just an example.

And yes, if one holds many citizenships, one could travel on just one of them. I've known of a few who only use their Canadian passport whenever they go anywhere. However, technically, if you are Canadian, when entering Canada you should tell the border officials that you are Canadian and show Canadian ID. They won't accept if you say "I Am Canadian" and show them a US passport. Same as entering the US, and UK and and and.

Doesn't really matter anyway. I'll probably only ever have one :D
