There's a caveat - no money bet (illegal), but wager something of value you own that you could mail if you lose.

I'm willing to wager a hand painted animation cel from The Dilbert Show if Obama legitimately loses (no Republican tampering).

The first RWN willing to wager something of the same value has a bet with me.

"legitimately" and "no tampering" are outs in the event you have a change of heart and do not wish to part with your artwork.

im not wagering on a romney victory - 50/50 (+/-) races are no fun to bet on. like betting heads or tails.
