Will they permit my dog as a checked in baggage or by cargo? i have shipped my cat before from the middle east to manila under a diff airline and i dont know what are the new policies now. aside from this, if i already got a health certificate (from the vet and from the bureau of animal industry) 2mos ahead before i schedule my flight, is that ok or do i have to get a new one 30 days before my scheduled flight? need help on this please...
