DHL tracking

Hi my fiancee had her interview in Ciuadad Jaurz Mexico and was approved for her visa. Problem is I had picked a DHL place beforegand and she didnt get any tracking info after the interview. Can anyone give me any info on how I might be able to track when the visa arrives at the DHL location I picked when I set up the ASC and Interview.

Hi!

I posted a similar question a few days ago (scroll and you'll find it) and no one was able to help, so I had to do my research.

They gave her a piece of paper with information right after she was approved.

Go on www.usvisa-info.com and if you don't already have an account, create one. This is where you will be able to track her package.

Click on Ver Confirmacion at the bottom of the page and you'll get the full information on what you are looking for. But here are some general terms you will want to look out for.

At first, in the blue box with all her general info it might read:

No hay información de este Número de rastreo DHL ("Air Waybill", o AWB por sus siglas en inglés) al momento.

That just means there are no details on her package yet and DHL hasn't gotten it.

When her visa and passport are being PROCESSED it will read:

En Transito

When her stuff is ready to be PICKED UP it will finally have a Numero de rastreo or Air Waybill - the number she will need to take to DHL along with some kind of ID in order to receive her things.

Hi. Thanks again for the info. My fiancee was approved Thursday as well. I think I even saw your fiance at the Medical on Wednesday when I took my fiancee. I just got an AWB and I found that if you go to DHL website and input the waybill number as the tracking then you get all the detailed info. The best part is that on the DHL website you can have them notify you through email and text when its deliverd, picked up and other options. Hope this helps you. I had to do it because Im checking every half hour just like youand dont want to get in trouble at work hahaha. Good luck and I wish you a great life with your fiance
