If I divorce my filipina wife before the two year interview, will they send her back to the Philippines. I am having many issues that we have fought about and not getting resolved. It's the last straw

No they won't send her back. If you divorce her, she can self petition to get a permanent green card as soon as the divorce is final. She just has to show she married in good faith, which appears to be very easy absent strong evidence of fraud.

Give him the benefit of the doubt, guys. Maybe he wants to know because he does not want to get her deported in the case that they divorce.

:thumbs::thumbs: I hope that would be the case and the OP didnt say he wanted to send her back he asked if they would. If he had said he wanted to send her back I would agree with the other posts. Your husband/wife is not a purchase that you can return just because it didnt work out... However I know where I would like to tell my ex to go but he is a USC and I dont think he would need a visa to get there... :ot::ot2: OP it takes awhile to adjust to a new culture give it some time maybe it is really hard on her. You loved her enough to go thru this process that says alot about your relationship because this process can take a toll on the strongest of relationships... Best wishes to both you and your wife
