My husband had a hell of a time getting into the US but border patrol in Seattle was very nice and we even had a nice conversation about London over the phone, talking about the places he still wanted to go and my favorite places to travel. Maybe he was supposed to talk to me about that stuff but either way it was a casual conversation and he was a very nice guy. About 2 more weeks before I leave for England for 2 months!! I can't wait. I guess I shouldn't really sweat it anymore, I plan on telling the complete truth regardless so I suppose there is nothing I can do about it, lol. They either like what I say and let me thru or they don't and I get pulled aside. I mean, Im not traveling with anything illegal and the alcohol I'm bringing in is well below the 1 liter limit so I'm not too worried :) Not too worried until I get there anyways, lol. I do enjoy hearing stories about personal experiences, so keep 'em coming!!! :)

Well I have one more week to go. Should I bring anything other than my NOA1, letter from employer, bank statement, letter from school saying I am a current student and on the deans list, itinerary with return flight information, my business license. Anything else or do you think that would be fine?

BlackWolf, I really hope you'll be fine and by the sounds of it you've got so much evidence there of you returning that I can't imagine they'd be able to find enough grounds to deny you entry. I'm no expert on UK border control, but when my US fiance has visited the UK with me, both times they asked him about what type of accommodation he has in the US, like rented etc and what the set-up of the apartment complex was like. They didn't interrogate or anything, but I found it interesting that they should ask both times, so if you're anxious like you say (I'm like that too!) then maybe bring a copy of your lease or whatever proves you're tied to your home back in the States (ownership/renting whatever it may be).

I'm really sure you're bringing enough as it is, but thought I'd add that!

I also have a copy of my home owners insurance policy since I really would rather not bring a copy of the deed to my house/property. Thank you so much for your response tho. I don't know why I get so nervous! It's stupid, I know....but I guess I have always been a nervous person and it just about always turns out that I was nervous for no reason.
