Greetings. I am looking for people who are willing to be interviewed by email and telephone with the possibility of being selected to do on camera interviews describing the nightmare that often comes from the lengthy, expensive and often heart wrenching effects of family visa denials. Let's face it, we all know that there are frauds out there. But having been a victim of this process myself, and also working in the film industry, I feel that I have the ability to be an instrument of change. Something needs to be done. Yes, there is fraud. There is fraud in everything--but there are also some measures that could be put into place that monitor and severely punish those who even think about it! I am looking for those of you that I cry with having been separated from the person I love for years. I want to hear your stories. I want to know what you've done, what you've endured, what you've lost and what your means of coping have been. If you care to share--please free free to put some general comments here, leaving me any contact information that you will so that I can reach you privately as well--and may God bless you all and keep you strong for the battle that this often seems to turn into. For those of you who finally got through it, please share also. I want to hear some success stories too..and any tips you have to offer. Also--I want to hear from anyone who may be thinking about giving up. I have learned of one couple's heartwrenching story about how they gave up because their situation was just impossible. Borders should never tell us who we can love or build a life with.

I personally catorize this as Spam. The OP has no time-line and does not share what pissed them off. But, wants stories. It suggests: That Members come forward to aq new-bees and spill their guts. If in fact you have a reason and a Petition with problems then be more precise as to what the problem is and that will help in your responses.

what is wrong with sharing stories ? people share there's on the VJ all the time.he ain't gonna get anything out of that ! would he ? the US embassies treatment in the foreign countries is sometime dismaying but also justified as there are a lot of fraudulent applications involved.what can they all do ? there will be mistakes and there will be unfair decisions. there is no such solution to that.after all immigrating to their country is a privilege not a right.i have had personal experience and know a bunch who experienced the same despite of being completely genuine applicants.i take it as 'a few bad apples ruins everything'.Also , this is not a case of me being a pessimist.this is the way it works.the burden of proof is on the applicant the moment he/she walks in the Consulate.for instance, they say the moment a Non immigrant visa applicant enters the embassy we assume him/her as a potential immigrant. To conclude, there can not be cent percent right adjudications.they are the decision makers.
