Hello VJ Members,

Newbie here.... Me and my husband are sort of wondering what is the hold up on our NOA 2 with our I-130, we are an April 25th filer at CSC and it's going on our 6 month mark. We do not get any updates when we call either just simply (" It's still in review or we haven't made it to April yet") but it seems a lot of people are getting good news, So what is going on ? We did not receive any REF so we are just up in the air.. Everyone seems to be way ahead of us :( :( is there anything else we could do to get a better update since they are telling me the system won't allow them to do a service request and my representatives says there is nothing they can do because it's still in initial review stage :( By the way guys I'm a USC Thanks in advance..... :help:

My wife and I had about the same timeline as you. We got NOA1 around April 20, 2011. NOA2 came in early October. Took from then until November to be through NVC(One RFE at NVC) and then February for interview. So you're not out of the woods yet. Hang in there, it will happen.
