Hmm the specific answer I needed was not there. :P

No, I don't really celebrate halloween myself (I don't like it), but I do give candy to trick or treaters who knock on our door if we are home. But I don't think that is celebrating it. It's just being curteous IMO.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Daughter is going to see SAW3 with friends... while i stay at home..

poarch is all decorated.. spiderwebs..skulls and skeleton.. . i light it up with black lights etc...

I get some glow spray paint (temp) and spray direction arrows up the driveway ..to where the candy bowel is sitting. to get the candy they have to avoid the flying bat and skeleton.. reaching tru the webs.. to get the goodies.. I keep the bowl with say 20-30 peices of candy... check on it after each group. and put a few more peices there.. .. have done it a few years.. last year was first year ... some kiddlins went and took all that was in the bowel... normally the kids just take a few and thats ok ..

For me.. I ammm sooo looking forward to watching the fi-nally of travel channels most haunted..

MOST HAUNTED love that show... right now its a three day special.. .. whoo hoooooooooo....

Well... it's Halloween etiquette to not visit homes who don't have their porch light on.... I usually rely on that.... if they persist I just ignore it...

I thought about having pamplets endorsing my religion on hand just in case but I might get egged for that :P

There aren't a whole lot of trick or treaters in my area anyway because there's a large JW population here.

We will be heading to our neighbourhood pub and "treating" ourselves..... with our dog in the back seat of the car in her comfy bed. She goes NUTS every time the door bell rings, and keeps on barking for 10 minutes afterwards. She's 12 years old and I'm not going to put her through that.

I really enjoy Halloween - not for what it means actually but I have so many good memories from it in the past. I love sewing costumes, watching scary movies, see kids get dressed up, and ect. It's not my favorite holiday but it's alot of fun. We live in an appartment complex so i'm not sure if we'll be getting trick or treaters this year. We may go to my parent's house and watch movies or something. Maybe when we have kids, we'll have more things to do :P .
