Thank you so much for that Advice you have been offering me. I was able to speak to one of the people in Immigrant visa section Nairobi and he told me that I keep on checking that there is no Available appointment dates at the moment.

But following the numerous emails i have been sending to the consulate regarding Visa appointment, today in the morning I received an email that if possible I select another Consulate which looked not clear to me!

Can the file be transferred from one embassy to another simply because there is any appointment date/ If possible which would be the best alternative I am a Ugandan and Kampala embassy doesn't issue Fiance Visa May be Dare salam Tanzania.

Please Advise me on what to do.

The Idea of selecting another consulate is a tricky one !! Considering some simple facts like; The time taken to transfer you case to another consulate, the consulate in TZ may not have any open appointment dates and meeting the specific requirements of that consulate which might be different ie paying another visa fee etc...

I would suggest you keep calling the Nairobi consulate probably once every two days. Don't overwhelm them with emails (they actually don't like that  ) hopefully you'll be availed a slot to go in and have your interview.

Good luck to you and I hope it all works out fine

Hang in there all will be fine.

Next time you call the consulate try asking them if you can request for an extension date on your petition and am sure they will be happy to issue a validity of usually 4 months!

That will give you more time to find an interview date !
