We received the choice of agent form and my spouse send the nvc an email regarding the choice of agent. i paid the 88 dollars for the affidavit of support and i am trying to do the paper work. my question is on what part we have to submit the 230 and 169. Do i have to submit those with the affidavit of support, kind of confused. And also on the income part (House Hold) (2) $18,912, so if i make more than that i don't have to submit bank details right. i am just making sure.

The list of things i need to send with affidavit is : 864, last 3 year transcript, W2 (do i need last 3 years of W2?), Job letter, Pay Stub (Current). Please advice me if i am wrong.

If you are just using your income for AOS and sponsoring just one relative then you can just go with I-864ez form which is easier then regular I-864 form. Thats what we used.

you have to submit ds 230 part 1 and part 2 both . but be sure to sign the part 1 and don't sign part 2. you send AOS i 864 and DS 230 in seperate envolope. yes, if you make more than the requirment income you don't have to submit the bank account statement. the list of thing i submitted are:

I 864 signed form. be sure to fill every part and numbers.( its better if you use I 864 )

tax trinscipts from irs ( you don't need w2 if u send tax trinsips form irs, if you don't have tax trinscipts you have to send w2 copies.

copies of pay stubs recent and 5 months more.

job letter is not necessary if can't get one.

good luck
