They will want a copy of the divorce decree, and that can be brought up at the interview.

Falsifying a government document is a serious crime.

lady,

Not sure what you mean by "did not include her previous marriage", but sure it's very possible

If your co-worker indicated that she was divorced and included a photocopy of the divorce certificate as she was supposed then the case officer has all the information they need. It's much easier for a case officer to fill in the missing informtation on the form than to issue an RFE for information that is already known.

If your co-worker failed entirely to indicate that she was divorced, and indicated instead that she was single, the case officer might very well not find out that she had been divorced and not know that an RFE for the divorce information was required.

what happens if you file your k-1 docs and you don't enter your divorce date? turns out my co-worker filed her docs and did not include her previous marriage. i asked if she got an rfe and she said no. is that possible?

This info if completely missed will never attract the immigration officer's notice. But it is a serious fraud to hide any information from the Govt.

You can't hide any information like that.

Better be prepared for RFE or on the interview.
