Hi All,

My AOS is beyond processing time at the St Paul Office. Just wondering if it's time to start all the letter writing, and all the necessary steps in preperation for a WOM cause once it's past one year, i intend to file a WOM.

Any advise on what to do to help my case.

FYI

My interview didn't go well. We were seperated and she(wife) was in a bad mood that day and we were more like strangers than husband and wife on our interview day. I have d feeling she messed it up for me but I don't want to hold on to that. I was also married before, plus I've applied for multiple EADs (economic hardship) in the past.

It's been 92days (3months) I went for an infopass and the officer i spoke to said it could take months or years and his body language said alot. That's why I'm concerned. Did I mention earlier that the interview itself didn't go too well, my spouse was in a bad mood and some of our answers were different plus he didn't even take my passport or I-94. Should i be concerned?

they don't take your passport, they only ask to see it. it also depends on your officer whether they take your I-94 or not. Some people had their I-94s taken, others did not.

what does your case status say?
