I waited 10 days after I got noa2 then called nvc. They gave me my case number and informed me that my petition was mailed out that day. I wanted another 3 days then emailed lagos asking if they had received and if so does my fiance have his interview date yet? This email you add the case number nvc gave you for lagos to use to look up your info. I received a response like 3 days later giving me the interview date along with the attached forms and instruction that is considered packet 3. Once we received that my fiance was able to start going for his medical, police clearance.

Actually I think I waited 5 days before sending the email

I just want to thank everyone who congrat us for getting our NOa2. so now can someone tell me the next steps. I know it goes to the NVC but how long is it there and also want is the estimated time for it to reach the lagos embassy?

Thanks so much

Congratulations on your NOA2! There are some helpful guides posted on this website up at the top under guides. You can also view others timelines from the country/embassy you are interviewing out of. My visa is an IR-1 visa so my time frames would not necessarily apply to your experience, but I am sure others will post with helpful experience to share. Best wishes for a smooth and quick journey to approval of visa.
