Is the alien number defferent from the case number and if so where can i find it? who has assigned it? And how many numbers does it register?

Look at your NOA2 from when the i129f petition was approved. It starts with an "a" followed by some digits.

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

On my visa it has a number preceded by an A#, that's the A number. Mine is 9 digits long but I don't know if that's true for everyone.

Trust ONLY the NOA2. The number is above the beneficiaries name. Any other location is open to human error (and happens quite often).

It should be on her/his visa and it is different from case no. the A number is given when you approved for a visa.

Incorrect. It is on the NOA2, which is the K1 PETITION approval, not the visa approval, totally different thing.

Also, the one on the visa is often wrong. Trust ONLY the NOA2.
