Hello folks,

Our POE was Sept. 19th 2012 and we got married on Oct. 13th 2012. I am wanting to start the paperwork for AOS and am reading over some of the information regarding what is needed in order to submit it. By the looks of it, it is the same stuff we had submitted with our K-1 example the vaccination history, original BC etc. etc. So my question is do we get out packet back?? And if we do when do we get it?? I'd hate to have to pay for more copies of this stuff when it was already sumbitted. Recycle :) Your assistance is appreciated. Thanks

It is all part of this huge government bureaucracy. Yes, it does seem that they just want more copies….. IMHO, It seems that they are continually trying to find inconsistencies in your documentation.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
