Also, is money order still accepted to pay the AOS fee?

I copied each page starting with the front to back cover exactly as it is.

Well, they are both in my passport.. so the back isn't really important, nothing there besides an empty passport page. I'm just wondering if it's ok that they are both on the same page since my Entry stamp overlaps my K-1 Visa in my passport

To better explain myself, instead of having a separate copy of each, is it ok if they are both on the same page?

I did exactly the same with my wife and stepson's PRC passports. It was a lot of copying of numerous pages, their red PRC passports contain about double the number of pages as my blue USA passport. I suspect that USCIS is looking not only for what is present on all of those pages, but perhaps also, what is ABSENT on all of those pages. It can be hard to determine the inclination of the adjudicator.

Stepping back and getting a larger perspective, the cost of copying all of the pages of a passport doesn't amount to much. Who knows, it may help facilitate your petition through the adjudication process.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Refer to page 8 of the Form I-485 instructions for payment and other important information that you should consider reviewing:

Yes, that is the easiest and logical way to get all of the pages copied, be sure to include the sequential page numbers. I had to take two scans of the pages that contained the USA visa and the Form I-94, so that I could fold over the I-94 to present the front and back of the form.

Wait, I need to copy ALL of the pages in my passport?? I think I'm a bit confused..

And what do you mean "sequential page numbers" where do I include those? Why did you have to take two scans of your visa?

I didn't copy all the pages. I just copied and sent the ones they asked for - I-94, bio page, stamp page and visa page. For mine, the visa page was right next to the stamp page, so when I copied one I copied both. I just submitted two duplicate copies, and labelled one "entry stamp" and one "K-1 visa".

Also submit a copy for each form (I-485, I-131, I-765), of each item that is needed for that form. The forms will get separated for processing, so each must have a complete set of supporting documents.

No, you do not need to copy all the pages for AOS. You just need what is asked for in the instructions for the 3 forms. The biographical page, the K-1 visa page, the entry stamp and the front and back of the I-94. You will need more than one copy of some of them because each form asks for some duplicate documents.

The VJ guide is good, but Vanessa&Tony's guide lays out exactly what is needed for each form in an easy to follow list: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/235331-aos-ead-ap-from-k1-the-aussie-way-doc-list-included/

Any advice for what to do in the case where they didn't stamp my fiancé's passport? The stamped the I-94, and her K1 visa is in there, but they didn't stamp anywhere else in the passport, just on the I-94. Should I write a letter explaining that? Should I photocopy the entire passport to show them that there is no entry stamp?

Hoping this doesn't cause problems. Why didn't they just stamp the damn thing.
