Hi Everybody-

I talked to him before he went to amman to pick up his passport...He was planning to be there at 1:30 so I guess he has it and there was no surprises because I haven't heard anything. I usually talk to him in the mornings unless something is happening. I don't know where he's at but no news is good news I say.

The flight he reserved is for thursday arriving @ 3:40 pm, since I haven't heard from him, I'm sure that is in stone by now too.

Sooooo, nothing to report, I guess. sorry

Later

Was checking for update too. Will have to just keep popping on and off VJ today yet.

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

I think if there was a problem, my phone would have been ringing all day. I kinda decided not to worry about it for a while. You want me to call him now, don't you?

Voicemail...I'm sure everything is fine.

It does seem that some offices have done a little "spring cleaning" lately. (and some have gone out of business...) I'd like to see your case get some attention. Is there any activity on that?

did you call me an oldtimer?

Dawn we are still in AP and word was the embassy was out of stamps. Then I heard they are going to close until March 6th or so since the President is visiting Pakistan and India this week. Ishteaq talked to man at embassy last week and he said you are in AP and not to worry and hope to call him soon.

Oldtimers Yes Dear. I think of you and me oldtimers in this visa process. I know I have been on the boards non-stop reading, learning and supporting a great bunch of gals and few men from the ME/Asia forums.

Cindishah

Laney

You

Me

Just to name a few. And Cindy and Laney's husbands are to arrive stateside sometime later today. And your hubby too soon.:dance:

Well they are not saying anything and that is what is frustrating. Casa and Pakistan seems to run about the same. When we inquire all they say is AP and nothing else. I had the senator write them again and they have not responded to the senator that I know of. I am just waiting and hopefully they will give us news soon.
