Hi fellow visa applicants!

I hope and pray all our papers are running smoothly.. My husband in Las Vegas filed my I-130 in July 18 2012 and received byUSCIS with priority date 7/23/12.. We received the I-797c NOA on 7/28/12.. Since then my case status have not showed any progress yet and still under "Initial Review".. Any July 2012 filer who already have passed that stage so far? By the way, Im currently in Singapore.. When do u expect to receive the NOA2?

i think csc are too much faster people get there noa 2 in 2 months

u have to call theme

anyway its only 3 months dont panic

Thanks! You think I should call CSC to follow up? Anyway I have seen most of the timelines here in VJ that filers of July 2012 has received their NOA2! Im just worried that me working here in Singapore might be causing the delay..considering I am from Philippines.. *anxious*

Today is our 90 day mark, hoping before the New Year we get our NOA2. Ours is still showing initial review as well.

Thank u for sharing Carlos! I realized today is also our 90th day post NOA1.. hopefully both our timelines will be accurate.. and yes, praying it would be before new year! That would be a very good start for 2013.. Keep us updated! Hope to hear from u receiving your NOA2 soon! :)

February 2009 - Met online online on social networking site

August 2009 - Spent 2 weeks together in England in which time we got engaged !!!!!YEY!!!!!

October 2009 - Spent 2 weeks together in America

December 2009 - Spent 5 months together in England

May 2010 - We both went to America when we spent 2 weeks together

August 2010 - Spent 3 weeks together in America

December 2010 - Spent 5 months together in England

May 2011 - We both went to America together where we spent 2 weeks together

September 2011 - Spent 3 weeks together in America

December 2011 - Spent 5 months together again in England as with the previous years!

April 2012 - spent 2 weeks together in America, got married on May 8th in America!!!!!!!

Dont worry..we are all in the same boat right now.. What Ive read is

true.. We can take it positively, save money and gather all necesarry proof while waiting.. Dont worry, our fellow VJers can keep us updated! Stay optimistic! ;)

Awww... thank u pjandrachel! Youre right,theres nothing more important than being with the one you love! There have been a lot of trials being distant to each other but hopefully we all have our happy endings soon.. Thanks for the update, can I follow ur timeline too? Goodluck to us! :)

We got the NOA1 July 20 and are waiting for the NOA2. Yesterday was 90 days. My mantra for the moment is 'Any day now..'
