hmmm.. if someone else gets a date from the K visa list, I'll email them..

I was gonna email them again on the 17th .. but if there's more good news.... B)

hiya :)

i havent been much of a poster on this website, but i thank you all for your help and advices.. i wanted to let you guys know that i got my interview date ( received the letter last week) packet was sent on april 17, and interview date is sept 26 (for i-129F) so keep faith! we will all get there eventually :)

as for emails; we did send them a couple of emails but never got answers ( like everyone else) but i wanted to let you know that in one of those emails i mention my new address (wich is my sister's address) and they sent the letter directly to that address ( not mail forwarded) so they may not answer, but they still read them.

got a question! how long is the medical report and police certificate valid? i got things all done in march-april, not knowing it would take that long; will it still be good for the interview?

2007-06-05: AOS interview letter date

2007-06-13: AOS interview letter received in mail

2007-07-03: EAD card production ordered

2007-07-07: EAD card received! (yay!)

2007-08-23: AOS interview (Documents / Interview review)

2007-08-23: Green card production ordered!!!

2007-08-24: Welcome notice mailed!

2007-08-27: Green card production ordered again... ?

2007-08-28: Welcome notice received!

2007-09-01: Green card received!

Done with USCIS until May 23, 2009!

As much as I would love to, I think after his phone call to the IRS tonight (for the tax transcripts) if I asked him to call Montreal tomorrow, he might call off the engagement...

That seems zippy don't you think? Is this any indication that Montreal is getting faster or just that from time to time someone flukes out and gets a quick interview?

With my luck I'll be taking Mom and Dad to Montreal next June :( I'm not saying that that's a bad thing necessarily since I've requested the record of Mom's entry and exits to the US under the Freedom of Information Act as well as a few other documents dating back to 1963. In the meantime I'm slowly, inexorably going mad, like everyone else in this forum. :wacko:

maybe they wont yell at ya if ya pretand to have the wrong phone number and try to order a poutin , if they say wrong phone number then say oh sorry but while i have you on the phone can ya tell me my satus ? lol :lol::P
