Lyric, I'm so sorry that you guys are getting the runaround from Montreal. It makes no sense why you haven't been scheduled another interview yet. I would contact your congressman on Monday to see if they can help.

Do you know when your fiance's case was reentered into their system for an interview? Is it possible that they didn't actually put him back in there?

AOS & EAD Timeline

2007-04-16: I-485 and I-765 sent to Chicago (My AOS/EAD checklist)

2007-04-17: Received at Chicago

2007-04-23: NOA1 date (both)

2007-05-10: Biometrics appointment (both - Biometrics review)

2007-06-05: AOS interview letter date

2007-06-13: AOS interview letter received in mail

2007-07-03: EAD card production ordered

2007-07-07: EAD card received! (yay!)

2007-08-23: AOS interview (Documents / Interview review)

2007-08-23: Green card production ordered!!!

2007-08-24: Welcome notice mailed!

2007-08-27: Green card production ordered again... ?

2007-08-28: Welcome notice received!

2007-09-01: Green card received!

Done with USCIS until May 23, 2009!

I don't know WHAT the frig they are doing. The last time I spoke to someone...when we got that weird letter in July that was when it was....'touched' or whatever. I dunno :( I'm so tired of all this.

2/08/06 Received NOA1

4/24/06 NOA 2 online

5/01/06 NOA 2 Received in the mail

5/11/06 Case Received at NVC

6/01/06 Packet 3 Received

6/28/06 Packet 3 Sent to Montreal

10/26/06 Interview date - POSTPONED :(

01/25/07 Interview Postponed.....again

11/01/07 Third and final Interview date allowed.

Lyric, email Montreal as well on Monday, ask when you entered the system and when you can expect an interview date. Just keep at them!!

I agrea shes about a month ahead of me , with my calculations ( if I get lucky ) I will be Nov or dec , so she should be oct or nov , I do hope she enjoys her trip and didnt get caught up in the hurricain :wacko:

We're hoping for Nov/Dec as well :thumbs:

11/7/07 INTERVIEW 8:30 a.m. APPROVED!!!!!!

11/13/07 Visa Received ~*happy dance*~

12/28/2007 Trev's moving HOME !!!!!!!

Mary loses her job and doesn't want to lie to her gov't so we wait as long as we can and then..................

4/6/2008 Trev returns to Canada

8/30/2008 Trev is denied entry at the border

Gosh! I've been so darned self-absorbed lately that I missed like 4 pages of this thread (shame on me).

Congratulations to all with interviews.... and I am utterly pissed off that no one is got the same date as mine: I (the self-absorbed) will be by my cute self :crying: , with Bren waiting in the hotel (unless he promises to behave @ Consulate and not go nutso on HIS government officers).

Lyric, like others said: keep at them. You should know soon, I hope.

As per Liz... I know she's having a goodie goodie time :devil::devil::devil: - miss you crazee girl!

Now back to OT to read accurate and reliable information from the foremost thinkers of our time :wacko:

I feel like my fiance and I are totally getting screwed with on our interview date. Back in April they said it's be 4 to 6 months then in June they said August or September. Then July they said September or October. Now they're saying October or November. Is it just me or does something not seem right here when other people are getting interview dates right and left? :( I am thinking of calling my congressman Monday.

If you can't get an answer from the embassy through email or phone, definately get ahold of your congressman. One email and they were able to get the ball rolling for us.

Hey everyone!!

Just read through the forum and all the wonderful posts you guys posted all week!

Thanks for all the well wishes and the beach was wonderful! I'm pretty tanned =)

I've updated all the interview dates I came across so I'll be updating that!

Congrats to everyone with dates! I emailed MTL thanks to a little PM and all the progress I saw here too :P

October 2006 - I-129F sent

10/24/2007 - INTERVIEW DATE!!!!!....APPROVED!!

10/30/2007 - Visa in hand!

AOS Timeline:

1/30/08 - Sent AOS pkg Priority Mail with USPS

3/12/08 - Biometrics taken

3/29/08 - EAD and AP in hand for me and my son

5/21/08 - Email-GC on its way!...RFE for my son's application

5/27/08 - GC arrives!!!

7/02/08 - Sons GC arrives!!!

ROC TIMELINE

3/23/10 - ROC sent!

3/29/10 - NOA1

4/22/10 - Biometrics Appt for me and my son

6/30/10 - Email saying card production ordered for me and my son

7/6/10 - Letter in the mail saying cards will arrive within 60 days

7/10/10 - Both cards received!
